Solid Equipment
Solid gym equipment. Needed a new land mine gym piece and it worked well. Has to be in a corner or supported by counterweight so it doesn’t move. Other than that, its round shape provides flexibility and wider range of motion.

So worth it
I did not think something as simple as this would really add to my weight training program. My coach showed me how to use it, and I can incorporate at least once a week into my weight training. It really does make a big difference.

It does the job but is hard to remove
End of the day, we sent it back. It's a little annoying to take off and for this price, we switched it for an inexpensive landmine that goes into the plates.
