Pretty nice. Its not as thick as some others but it looks and feels sturdy. It comes with two case choices.Completely covered and exposed front. The Complete cover, well covers the front part in a thin plastic that clips into the backpart to seal it. It has a thinner circle in the front for the thumb reader.Over all the cover works well and its not so thick that it gets in the way of texting. And the thumb read works perfect for now.

I've used poetic cases before so I had an idea what to expect when getting this. The case is a little bulky but that's expected for the protection provided. I appreciate the raised bump around the camera edges, it gives me comfort that the camera won't get all scratched up from lifting the phone off a surface.It comes with two front frames, one with a built-in screen protector and one without. I installed the one without it, opting to use the screen protector that came preinstalled on my phone. The edges around the frame lifted up the screen protector so I had to remove and modify the edges of the case with sandpaper and acetone. After modification, the case is living in peace with the screen protector.It's a good quality case that lets you see the pretty color you chose for the back of your phone. I'd have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to modify the frame. Looking forward to using the built-in screen protector frame once my current protector wears down a bit.

This case is great! Classic feature to add a built in screen protector and it's awesome that blank cover is included for when you don't want to use it. With the slightly curved screen, screen protectors don't work with most cases, makes them peal up. So thats nice this has one built in and the blank cover sits on top on the screen on the sides so doesn't interfere with where the screen protector binds on the edges. The case It's light and comfortable in hand. Great value!

Awesome case for the OnePlus 12, a large heavy phone. Mounts to a stand very securely. Grips the phone well Button are still easy to press

I've used this case for almost 8 months. Really enjoy the case. TL:DR yes, I'll buy this again for my next phoneI love the built in screen protector, the overall case isn't super thick like an OtterBox Defender can be. Case is durable and has been very good with drop protection. I have a tendency to drop the phone unexpectedly, or knock it off a desk, or just plain get upset and sharply whack it on a table. Not super hard, but hard enough others cringe a little.Phone has always been protected just fine. I'm actually quite impressed as some of the drops I expected something would have happened. I have no complaints with the screen protector, I don't have issues manipulating the screen.1 idea I just had which might improve the product, off a privacy screen version. Since there is a built in cover for the screen, shouldn't be too hard to make a variant with screen material used for privacy screens.I've been putting phones in cases for over 15 years, other than Otterbox, rarely have I found one I like enough to go try to buy the same brand for my next phone. This one gives me the comfort my phone will be safe I get from an Otterbox, without the cost. So a win/win.

I purchased this at the same time I purchased my OnePlus 13 bc I wanted to make sure the phone and screen were well protected. At first everything seemed fine, even though the directions were a bit confusing, and I ended up throwing away a piece I needed so I had to order a second case, but that's on me. But after a couple of days I noticed dust collecting around the edges of the screen, esp around areas where the case was more open to accomadenthe phone like around the power button and the charging port. No biggie, I thought to myself. I can still use the back part of the case to protect the actual phone, and then I can just purchase one of those screen sticker protector things. So the screen protector comes in and I take off this phone case so I can clean everything really well to attach the new screen cover. And I was pissed to find that everywhere the dust had been collecting had caused tiny scratches all over the phone screen. I was so angry, bc this case literally caused the issue I was trying to avoid.

I've used Poetic cases for my last two OP phones (7T & 8T) and was very pleased with them**, so ordering this was a no brainer.At first, everything was as expected. Choice of built-in screen protector or empty frame (12 came w a TPU screen protector pre applied <depends on your county>), came w a "screen protector packet" to prep the screen if you go w the built-in protector frame, went together the same way (easy peasy), nice snug fit, cutouts are on point and the buttons feel great, the case sides/bumpers are the perfect size—enough to protect without adding bulk, making it comfortable to hold even for my small hands—nice grip, camera's well protected by the bezel... Unfortunately, that's where the issue arose. Unlike my previous Poetic cases, the bezel for the front screen is, IMHO, _not_ sufficient. At all. It's okay as far as the lowest point of the curved screen goes, but for the main part of it? Nope. Nopity nope nope. I'll be returning it and buying a different brand. Totally bummed. Why, Poetic? 𝘞𝘩𝘺?**The dust getting into the back of the case has never bothered me. YMMV.
