When should I NOT use the InfraGlow?

While the InfraGlow is safe in most cases, it's important to avoid using it over open wounds, while pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have cancer or tumors, or if your physician recommends against it.

Are there any side effects to using red & NIR light therapy products?

There are no known side effects to using the InfraGlow or products like it, when used within the recommended session times & frequencies.

Why are some of the LEDs dim while in use?

Since Near-Infrared Light is invisible to the naked eye, half the LEDs on the InfraGlow will look dim, or not lit at all. Don't worry. They're still absolutely doing their job.

Should I wear clothing over the area I'm targeting?

For best results, it's recommended that the InfraGlow is used on bare skin.

How often can I use the InfraGlow?

It is recommended that you use the InfraGlow for a maximum of 10 minutes per session, per target area, up to twice a day. Depending on your desired results, you can use it anywhere from 3 days a week, to the whole 7.
