For a good price too, given this as a gift and they have used it every time. Its really easy to use, clear instructions, and very fun to read

What a gorgeous little book! My 9 year old son and I love to sit drawing pictures from this, it is so easy and yet great for any age, love it!

Lovely book

I love this book beautifully laid out. I give myself one star for my lack of motivation to actually get started to learn drawing.

For the non-drawer this book is a gift. It won’t turn you into a great artist, but it will give you the confidence to doodle ably. I use these little doodles in my journal and it’s great to be able a little hand-drawn dash of colour to the pages. Some reviews have said the drawings are childish - that’s unkind. They are illustrative doodles - child-like in their simplicity - but wonderful fun. People can be so snobby about ‘art’ but if this book gets you drawing regularly it’s served it’s purpose. I for one loved it, and recommend it to anyone struggling to draw or illustrate.

This is a lovely little book! I wanted examples of simple pictures I could learn to draw and its laid out so that there is a different picture for each day of the year, cute little pictures too and looks easy to follow. Just what I was looking for. Thank you.

This book has lots lovely little doodles to practice, and I thought it would be a big hit. Unfortunately, my 9 year old finds it frustrating trying to find anything easily as it's random pictures for every day of the year, is only interested in about a quarter of the pictures, and as the book is quite thick, keeping it open is also an issue. She would definitely have preferred something else!!

I like the simplicity of the drawings - I'm a 35 yr old and am enjoying making little doodles in my journal, I'm not intending to get skills like Vermeer, so for my own personal enjoyment and mini creative yearnings, this book is great! I'd eventually like to try out other books by the same illustrator.

Great quality + makes drawing easy This is such a gem! Excited to use it for my planning / journaling. The doodles only take a few minutes, instructions are easy to follow and there’s a wide array of different types of drawing. Great for kids and adults who journal or are just learning to draw for fun
