I brought this for my office and it dowse just what it say… very easy to install and you don’t have to buy batteries iits build in refill … remember the rellls are sold separately and will last you a good while… it depends on the amount of people use it. Help keeps germs down and less people will get sick … I love ❤️ it… a must have

Expensive to Return if it Doesn't Work!!
Item arrived defective. All trouble-shooting methods point to the dispenser being defective and not the replacement sanitizer(s), which all work in our other dispensers. As a matter of routine, I requested a replacement, took it to the UPS store and just learned that it costs more than twice as much to ship it back than the item is even worth. At USPS it will cost a little more than the item's value to return it. What do I do? Just eat the cost and hope the replacement works? I'm not blaming the seller, but it did take almost a month to arrive.
