I needed an ultra sharp knife to produce very fine pointed sticks for cleaning watch jewels. We're talking a tip so fine, you can't see it without magnification - on soft wooden dowels no less. This knife is so sharp, it peels wood curls like a laser. Traditional razor blades couldn't do this, & it took me forever trying. This blade works every time & takes seconds to use.We also use it for packaging. It does tend to dull a bit fast, but that's due to the edge being so fine. It still holds a good edge for the acute angle it has. The good news is you just snap off a section, & you're in business again. The replacement blades are super cheap, so just swap them out as necessary without qualms.This uses a blade with a very sharp 15° edge, but they make blades with a scary sharp 9° edge. I have yet to try those, but have a pack ready once I use these up. Huge game changer. Easy to use. Easy to keep sharp, safe, effective, affordable.

Easy to use and feels comfortable in your hand. Blades are sharp and cuts through vinyl wrap like butter. Would recommend and good value for your money.

I was looking for a good quality utility knife to mainly open boxes and packages I regularly order. I used to use the cheap plastic utility knives in the past, but they did not last long and sometimes were a bit too flimsy and dangerous.The knife feels solid and well built. The blade is extremely sharp. I am not a surgeon, but this knife has a scalpel like feel to it. I find Japanese cutting products manufacturers seems to know their stuff. I bought some Japanese manufactured nail clippers years ago based on independent reviews, and they are as good now as they were when I first bought them. I hope this knife turns out to be the same.

It does the job, and I like the little blade breaker attachment on the back. That being said I am not a fan of the blades. They go do far too fast. But what does one expect from a cheap razor knife?

Most of these utility knives feel super cheap, but this one feels great.

I own 5-6 of this knife (in various brands and colors) and hands down - it is THE BEST. Easy to use. Safe. Quiet. Easy to change blades. I love love love the 30 degree blade. If you want I think you can load up 45 degree replacements (but you shouldn’t).10,000% better than brand name craft knives (I’m looking at you Xacto). This is perfect for box opening, fine cutting for paper crafts. I use mine for leather-working and it’s perfect). I keep one in my EDS carry bag, one on my desk at work, 1 in my car and 2 on my leather bench. I don’t think a day goes by that I don’t use this knife. Excellent value. You’ll never want to use a cheap snap off knife ever again.And for added info I carry a SAK and a Garber pocket knife. Hardly ever use them anymore.
