I ordered this to replace my original one and after slight hiccup (item was damaged in transit), a replacement was promptly sent and arrived safely shortly thereafter and is working perfectly. Customer service were extremely proficient in resolving the issue, which was not of their making. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Pleased that I bought the larger 44cm size as it is a great looking object that makes a decorative and very attractive 'active' ornament, however its accuracy as a reliable temperature gauge is questionable. The one I have displays a plus 4-6 degree discrepancy to the reported UK Met Office temperature for my area.The 10 glass bulbs are of varied size and contain a variety of deep, rich coloured liquids that nicely reflect their colours around the inside of the tube. The outer box packaging was filled with air pillows, containing the thermometer box packaged in a molded polystyrene protective case inside a cardboard sleeve which is nicely printed with general operating instructions & informative information on Galileo thermometers. Making a very presentable package if being given as a present.Would have been a five star buy if it actually worked. but not a deal breaker as the unit is very attractive to look at and is a great talking point with visitors and friends.

Really happy with the product and what an amazing seller. I had an issue which was not the fault of the seller as the item was damaged in transit and they could not have been more helpful or been quicker sending a replacement.

This is quite attractive compared to your average thermometer and is entertaining to watch. Can't say how accurate it really is, but it's certainly in the right ball park. It lives quite happily on the window ledge of our conservatory.
