I love this silverware set!! I’ve had it for almost a year and it looks the same as when I first bought it. It’s not extremely heavy like good expensive silverware would be, but not light and flimsy like cheap silverware. It’s perfect for everyday use. We use the set daily and I have had no discoloration of any kind. The steak knives are extremely sharp. The quality is wonderful and I would definitely buy another set.

This is a beautiful blackish type stainless steel flatware. It comes with a tray to put the flatware in. That was quite a positive surprise for me. I hand wash and dried each piece. Still let it air out a little bit and put it in the tray. I know someone that has the same set. They put it through the dishwasher and it is starting to rust, probably two years later. It doesn’t say dishwasher safe instructions. But I will wash and dry them By hand.

Have owned for 2 years. They have help up well. The steak knives rusted fairly easy but otherwise no issues.

So far, I am really liking this silverware set. They have a nice feel/weight to them. I'm hand washing them (other reviews indicated the black coating can wear off over time although they do claim to be dishwasher safe. The steak knives are a bit of a disappointment. They look fine but are definitely not steak knives ... pretty lightweight but usable for other applications. It's also a bonus (for me) that the larger forks are actually noticeably larger. In a lot of the sets, the difference is barely noticeable. I happen to like the large forks whereas my room mate prefers the smaller ones. This is particularly handy if you are a fan of utilizing deep bowls for salads, grain dishes, etc as you don't have to stick your hand inside the bowl to eat the last 1/3 of your food. I also like that the sorting tray (included) is smaller as it turns out we have smaller than average drawers (had to return the first set we bought). The contents are the same as larger items (8 person set) ... just a smaller tray so measuring your drawer space before ordering might be a good idea. All in all I am very happy with this purchase.

Nice silverware for the money! For those saying you have spots and/or rusting, they must have hard water. If you know you have hard water, I wouldn’t get this set especially if you hand wash and let air dry. Like any utensil or pots, leaving to air dry leaves water marks no matter what. It especially rusts or discolors if you have hard water. Other than that, they feel nice in your hands. Easy to clean, nice color, comfortable weight. The spoons are a little large though.

These are really great. The look great and are very durable.

Bought these a year ago for my daughter @ Christmas! The flatware has held up to daily use & dishwashing, but the steak knives are rusted & have not held up. The description states “dishwasher safe” so I wouldn’t expect to have to waste valuable time hand drying. In this day & age with both parents working & raising children, there’s no time for time wasting especially in the kitchen!

I'm someone who's favorite color is black so i bought this and i love them. One thing you should defiantly have a dish rack if you don't wipe them and put them away right away because if they are just laying there they do leave water marks.

This set is very high quality, other than the steak knives which have started to rust after their first use.
