Did you know its illegal to have a dog in your car that isnt restrained or caged - I didnt either - so this is a great solution.One end clips into the seat belt holder and the other is like a normal clip that attaches to the dogs collar.To avoid snapping the dogs neck as you hurl it across the car if you have an accident it has an elasticated area at one end with some give in it - rather like a bungee rope that has a decent amount of flex in it.Better safe than sorry

I love this item so much I've bought another one. All dogs by law must now be secured in the car within the UK and this is an excellent item.My dogs are small but am sure this will be very good for bigger dogs as well.
