I been using this brand for a couple years now. I love its naturally made from wild yam. Since I don’t consume fresh wild yam this alternative boosts my estrogen level I did blood work a month before and after using every night for 45 days my blood work showed the estrogen levels increased. I bought this for the usual reasons a woman of menopausal ages would buy this. Absurdly, my dog had eaten the remainder of the estriol I had been using, so I needed something quickly since I was about to leave town for a week. The hot flashes returned in full force within a day of not using the other product and a day of using this one. They did not abate, but actually worsened. The same for fatigue and brain fog; I have been feeling like a sweaty and worn out zombie. I have heard that this can be good on the skin for decreasing wrinkles, so I am going to use the rest of this for that, because I am unable to ascertain what else it might be good for

I don't feel like it does much, and the truth is there are times when I question whether it actually has the ingredients they say Bioidentico has, because of the price.

Started using right away I’m having hot flashes like crazy used three times because it’s use twice a day in directions definitely a difference the hot flashes are still here but definitely lot lot less can’t wait to see how it is after one week definitely make a difference so glad I bought it

Great for the price. Im not sure if it stopps issues 100% but it definately helps
