Very useful for someone struggling to eat normal meals
This product continues to be a great help for older relatives who are unable to face many meals, or who otherwise only eat fast food snacks.Though not a health product, it seems to have a reasonable sprinkling of nutrients, and a mild to moderate, palatable flavour.The portion size and consistency is similar to a quality cup soup.

A useful supplement
I had to self isolate for 3 months during the Covid19 lock down, and this was a useful supplement to my rations during that time as I couldn't get out for fresh food. Easy to make and tasty. I wish I'd known about these in my past years of long camping holidays.
1. Using your favourite mug add the contents of one sachet into 150ml of hot water (max 60°C). 2. Stir vigorously until completely dissolved. 3. Enjoy!
