I'm using it for connecting Jio Set top box to my LED monitor and it works perfectly. Sound output is also good and external power supply is not needed. Only thing is it supports upto 720p resolution and 1080 is not supported. Overall satisfactory.

Don't buy this product. It didn't work from day one. Many pins were damaged. Poor quality product

Product quality is ok considering price. But gives low display quality. Seems like only gives 720p. So, even in full HD display it will just give 720p. So it might seem a bit pixelated or blurry.

Faulty item received. Replacement was requested but never delivered, yet the system incorrectly shows 'Replacement Complete.' I still have the original faulty item and have received no new package. There is no direct customer support link available for this product. I require an immediate update on my replacement or a full refund

I prefer this type of HDMI-to-VGA adapter, with the screws / screw-holes, so it won't accidentally fall out or loosen over time. The video quality is good overall. Similarly to some other HDMI-to-VGA adapters I've used, it can handle arbitrary video resolutions and refresh rates, which is nice because I'm a super-nerd about that. The audio output is a little bit noisy, but I don't mind as I almost never use that functionality anyway. Not perfect, but works quite well for the price. I've used one of these as my daily driver for 2 years, and I have no complaints.

Perfect adapter for transforming the old but useful computer monitor to use with the kids game consoles that use HDMI cables. The sound jack was a perfect addition to use headphones or speakers. This inexpensive adapter solved what could have been an expensive problem and resulted in a happy teen!

It did the job I wanted it to. Keep working tech out of landfills. I repurposed computer monitors from my brother in laws business that his supplier didnt want back and used them for my son's video games. Now he doesn't have to be on my tvs and there isnt the wear and tear of repeated unplugging.

Trash! I have ordered dozens of these in the past year and they all end up the same. Broken and in the trash. They are poorly crafted with inferior materials. They dont stop working, the electronics separate from the housing! On numerous occasions, Ive had to pry a few from the projector where the housing came completely off leaving the metal mechanism inside the device. Ive tried different brands, same style but they are all made of the same cheap plastic and paper thin metal. I have yet to find a sturdy well made connector- made in China. They are waaay overpriced. 7.99, 12.99 even 24.99,. The all end up in the trash. IMO these devices should be under a dollar each! But 12.99? Sure, for a twelve pack!!! Skip this one!
