FINALLY !!
My son has egg allergy. I've felt like he's been left out all his life. I got this and made it for him. He likes it. Don't use too much oil because then it was just super oily and everywhere. A little salt for taste was good. Texture....because I added too much water...it was a little too soft but....again....he found it to be agreeable to eat. I tasted it....it isn't straight up eggs but if you make for someone who never had it.....it is workable. Have not used it in recipes yet though. Otherwise happy to have ordered this product. I subscribed for the order so I can have it and not run out. Supposedly is shelf stable. Which can be a plus.

Update recently ordered for 3rd time but EXPIRATION DATE is same August one so removing a star☹
I'm thrilled with this so far. Usually just use egg replacer powder for baking but followed COLD water instructions & made passable scrambled eggs & good omelet. Tastes a bit like mashed potatoes to me but still fine taste esp in omelet

Gad I discovered this egg substitute
Decided to try this as the product I was using was out of stock. Be sure to follow the directions and measure everything, other than that it's not hard to make at all. The flavor needs seasoning, or at least it did for us. I added my seasoning at the table, but you could also add it in the skillet. I used, salt, black pepper, and a little garlic, but that's just my preference. I'm a garlic nut. Had it this morning with a piece of toast and two veggie link sausages. Bought a smaller package to make sure we'd like it. We do so I plan to order a bigger one soon. Everyone has their own taste, so I can't guarantee this will suit yours, all I can say is that we are very pleased with it.

It’s not as good as Just Egg
As a vegan, I’m constantly on the hunt for the latest products. Eggs are probably the thing I miss the most. I followed the instructions on how to make these eggs. Then I tried it a few other ways as well. I was never able to make them look like they do on the package. They always came out mushy, and not fluffy. When I combined the eggs with sauteed veggies, they tasted fine but on their own, leave a bit to be desired. Overall, this egg substitute is fine but it’s not as good as Just Egg.

Good, but finikey
These are pretty good vegan eggs and i used them for egg scrambles for people egg allergies. Personally, i think they are better tasting than just egg and have a longer shelf life. That being said, this product is NOT easy to use. It is essential that you follow ALL the isntructions for "best quality" or else it wont turn out at all. We put the water in the fridge for 1 hour prior to cooking and get much better results. You absolutely have to use cold water, a preheated pan and all the other instruction notes or it doesnt turn out. It does make a nice and fluffy chorizo egg scramble when you follow all directions, and its the best tasting vegan egg i have tried yet.

How much egg do I need, really
After experimenting with this product, I can make a great egg omelette in the microwave on a buttered/greased plate. I have not had success in fry pan, seems better for scrambled eggs. When baking, I eyeball a teaspoon and add some water to batter - works magnificent in all baked goods. Can not be used as egg wash so it has its limits, otherwise great product.

It never set up.
I tried two ways of cooking these. 1- microwave, 2- frying pan. Followed instructions to a T using their measurements. used cold water, used a hot pan. Neither version set up. It just became like half cooked batter no matter how long I cooked it. Very disappointed. I cannot comment on the taste because it didn't set up enough for me to even dare venture into that texture. The color looked good, and it smelled good, but left a holy stack on mess in both the bowl in the microwave and my frying pan. Continuing search for edible just egg replacement.
