Help for Asthma Sufferers.
I have severe asthma and a friend recommended this product. Very easy to use and I think have helped my asthma certainly has not made it worse. I use it before I get up in the morning when I am reading my kindle. Would recommend this product to anyone suffering with breathing problems. I quite like the salty taste.

Inhale mouth, exhale nose
The inhaler is a nice neat little utensil, very easy to use. It comes with a small amount of Himalayan salt for your first use and to get you started. Has clear instructions on the box, so hold onto that for a while until you get used to using the inhaler. Happy inhaling.Would have given 5, but the packaging (box) was a bit crushed.

Amazingly effective.
With a recent diagnosis of COPD I was willing to try anything in conjunction with my prescription meds. I have found the salt inhaler to be very effective in easing my congested breathing.

Advertised as 100g Himalayan salt. Just weighed it and it’s 20g. Will be reporting this to amazon.
