High Quality KYDEX
I was really impressed with the quality of this KYDEX.It's been a while since I've done any work with KYDEX so my first attempt and forming my project was a little off. I didn't have it quite warm enough for what I was doing. I warmed it to just above 300 F (instructions say 300 to 350) and It cooled a little too quickly for me to get it placed and formed.I put the piece back into the oven to re-warm it. It flattened back out like I hadn't even touched it.This time I let it get up to about 325-330 F. It stayed warm enough that time for me to get it placed and pressed like I wanted it.I will buy this brand again for future projects. OH! It's also AMERICAN MADE, not some Chinese-made garbage.

Tough material!
I made 2 kayak keel guards with the Kydex and I couldn't be any happier with the results. The material is easy to manipulate and is rock solid once it’s formed. Highly recommended!

There's nothing I find to be negitive with this product. Easy to shape, cut, and form.
