Highly effective—yet gentle!
This is a great product. It’s highly effective but doesn’t blow your guts out (so to speak). I take it every single night and it takes great care of me.

Gentle and effective - they really work well
These are great - just like any generic Ducosate Sodium that is a split gelcap of red/white. From experience, best results for adults should be 300mg/day & children should only need 100mg. Adults could start with 200mg and see if it does the trick after a day or two but 300mg seems to be the magic number for those who are in need of this medicine. Easy to swallow, and very gentle effectiveness. None of the unpleasant side effects of standard laxatives, these just help things keep moving along easier.

I always took this riteaid brand
I use to take 200 mg ones but these will do and I can always double up if need me. For those of u who need a "jackhammer" (lol), these with occasional Miralax will do the trick!
