I feel like these help keep me more balanced especially with the holiday festivities! I don’t feel as bad after eating too much sugar treats. I included a picture to show the size of the pills and they’re easy to swallow.

I get a checkup for meds every 6 months. They have to do a blood draw, the last 6 months my glucose was high. So this time I thought I would cheat & take this blood sugar support. It did nothing for me in lowering my blood sugar which is now 111. I didn't do anything differently. Now I know I have to take this more seriously not take a supplement, eat much better, exercise, drink water. I guess nothing in life comes easy, no more pills work hard drop a few pounds & see what happens in the next 6 months.

I have read so much great things about this supplement that I purchased 2 bottles as it is affordable. The supplement arrived 2 weeks ago, I started using and got my blood sugar test last Friday. I got my result today. My BbA1c went up by 0.2 and my weight went up by 1 kg. The result is not very encouraging. Well, maybe I should give this supplement more time and I will take the blood sugar test in 2 months' time, only then, I can see the real result. For the time being, I just do not want to put my hope too high, of course, I want to reverse my type 2 diabetes. Now 18 Oct 2021, my BbA1c is still within the 7 range, not going up or down. My weight has increased a bit like 1 to 3 kg. Other than that, everything remains the same. Cant' really say this is a great product. I am trying another product to reduce my BbA1c to less than 7 and get rid of diabetes type 2 totally.
