Q: Is the milk chocolate version gluten-free?

Dear Rob, ChocZero's milk chocolate is Gluten Free. Our manufacturing facility does not handle any ingredients that contain gluten like wheat, barley, rye, oat etc., we used to have part of our product done by contract manufacturers, and even though their facilities are gluten free, we still felt the need to add the statement "May contain wheat" on the label as an added precaution. Now that ChocZero products are 100% in-house manufactured, we will remove the "May contain wheat" on our label for next batch of bags.

Q: Can you use this chocolate in baking?

I haven't tried baking as I use Lily's for that purpose. I would think ChocZero would be pretty expensive to use in baking.

Q: What happened to the price of this ChocZero product - we have always paid $26.99 but now it is $52.99?!?! Wow!

Chocolate is costing more would be my guess. 😢

Q: Why such an insane amount of fiber?

I can't say why these chocolates in particular have a lot of fiber, but I do know that fiber is tremendously important for those of us on Keto diets! I know for sure, eating them every day, that ChocZero chocolates are terrific! Hope this helps.
