This smart board was exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. I absolutely loved that it has a dual system with Google Play via Android and a Microsoft PC. The board came with multiple stylus and a remote making it easy to navigate through the smart board and annotate on presentations and in the whiteboard feature. I love that I can also protect the smart board with a lock code. The quality of the board and the picture quality of the content is unmatched. I was able to personalize the board’s settings and Lock Screen and back screen making it perfect for branding. The board is easy to navigate and very functional. Highly recommended this smart board for seminars presentations, teachers, and any setting that requires interaction with an audience.

it's not bad. the operating system is actually slower than I expected a newer computer of this type to be. still learning it but it's definitely not quite user friendly. you have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to go back to the previous menus etc.also if you shut down Windows it doesn't turn the whole thing off because your Android is still on so it seems like you have to power off the whole TV using the remote.another thing that is annoying is it is white reflective. the screen reflects a lot of light making it difficult to see what I'm looking at. didn't think that I needed to be in a room without windows or anything with this product.

I donated the digital white board to the church’s youth classroom. They absolutely love it. Very convenient for them to teach and learn off the screen. Wifi generated or powered off to use as a plain white board. Would highly recommendCan’t find many out there

A factory data reset resulted in windows not rebooting. Trying to reach customer support via email. Haven't heard anything yet. Will update if we can resolve this.

Surprised when we received the smart board, originally there was no stand included, just the mounting rack. But the stand was shipped and arrived several weeks later, and it is a standard commercial-duty, adjustable height upright AV on a caster platform--not the folding style shown in the picture. The product was well-packed and arrived undamaged. Always a concern with flat-screen products. The product comes with Apple, Windows, and Android-compatible computers. To date I have only used the Android platform, very pleased.

The first board had a crack upon arrival so I called to report. Customer service was very courteous and issues a replacement immediately and scheduled a next-day UPS pickup. Item is bulky, heavy and arrives in a crate. A few days later, the replacement arrived but it had multiple cracks and lines coming down the screen.Giving 3-stars because I was able to test the first one a bit, which is why I opted for a replacement the first time instead of a refund.But this time…nope.Refund!

The shipping and delivery was easy and the seller communicates well to ensure so. We have been using our interactive board and we love it, we're very happy to have purchased this one. We have the 55" for our office conference room and it fits great in the space! I think it is a great addition for our daily meetings.

This Smartboard does everything. I was shocked to learn it has its own built-in computer with Windows OS. There is so many things you can do. Not your regular Smartboard. There was a problem that happened during shipping, but the Customer Service Department works quickly to resolve any issues.
