I started applying two squirts once a day in the morning after my shower. To be honest, I can't be bothered to wash my face at night and apply it again, so once a day for me. I then felt,I was applying too much, so reduced it to one squirt onto the palm of my hand and then dabbed it with my finger onto my face and rubbed it in. It makes various claims about doing this and that. On my 50 year old skin, I have found, it has made a marked improvement. What it has done, is plumb up the skin and the elasticity. This has resulted in a much smoother look to my cheeks and the minor creases on the sides of my eyes have gone. The smile lines on my forehead are still there, but I think have reduced a bit. Overall my skin is more elastic and firmer.Would I recommend it? Yes.Will I keep using it? YesAt one pump a day, it should last a long time.
