Falsch gelagert? Ich habe starken Haarausfall direkt nach dem Färben bekommen. Ich benutze seit Jahren Matrix und hatte so etwas noch nie.

I am 48 and am about 15% grey (which I am thrilled about). However the greys I have are stubborn little things and a lot of colour won't budge them. I was back in America and had my hair done and they used this on me. They said that it's perfect for greys that just won't dye. When I came back here and found it at a great price (this is as good of a price as on the salon trade sites) I picked it up. I have bought at least 6 of these now. And it's not a flat colour. It's super shiny and makes your hair feel really nice after you dye it. Doesn't go brassy either (but that may be that I'm using 4N mixed with some lighter 5's.). But if you have stubborn greys that you want to look natural, I highly recommend this. I mix it with the Matrix developer.
