I am pleased with these walking poles.They seem robust but not to heavy.They are easy to adjust to a suitable height and the twist mechanism means the adjustment holds well .They are good quality for the price.I like the carrying bag and you also get several different ends for the poles for to accommodate different weather conditions. snow, ice ext.Good value

Good sturdy product. Inexpensive and practical. One downside was the cheap wrist straps. Totally understandable with the price point and not a huge issue.
