Absolutely life-changing (in the most unnecessary but fabulous way possible)I didn’t need these... but now that I have them, I can't imagine my life before them. It's like my feet were living in the dark ages, and these came along like little Renaissance masterpieces for my toes. The moment I slipped them on, I heard a choir of angels (might have been my neighbor singing in the shower, but still—vibes).Comfort? 10/10. Style? Somewhere between runway model and “I’ve got my life together.” My friends are jealous. My enemies are confused. My cat respects me now.Would I buy them again? Absolutely. Would I fight a bear to keep them? Probably.

I had a Buds Pro I got a few years ago, and then I guess they fell out of my pocket while I was out because they're gone. So I got these.Fit feels a little better than the Pros did, but I'm probably imagining that. Connects to the wear app easily and well, allowing control such as changing from surround sound to ambient sounds. Love that you can turn off touch controls. My ears are garbage at holding buds in so I constantly have to push them back in. (It's not an incorrectly sized ear-tip. Large is way too big, medium doesn't get a perfect grip. Broken ears.)I will admit I haven't tried the call option, as I seldom get calls, and haven't at all while wearing them. I do know the original Pros worked great though. Just tested it calling someone. Both of us noticed no sound issues. They didn't know I wasn't using my phone and they sounded normal to me.I am kinda sad color-wise. The original Pros had a like, glittery-ness to them, the the buds themselves were mirror-like. These are just a plain pastel purple, which I still like but don't think is as pretty. However, I think part of that is the material on the outside of the box is more tacky. The originals were smooth, and I imagine the change was to keep them from easily falling out of your pocket. The biggest issue is, if you have the white or purple, they smudge visibly easier.I had hoped that the find your earbuds option was for if you misplaced the whole thing, but it's simply for if you drop a bud and cant find it, which is disappointing.I can't give a good estimate on battery life. I just spent the past twenty minutes in a call and the buds went down 5% I don't use them a lot because I'm disabled so I don't go out much, and I've never looked at the battery% once I was done. I will say my box is still at 21% after using them for probably around 15-18 hours, so that's not bad at least.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY JUST GO BUY BRAND NEW ONES. I've bought two refurbished ones and i regret it. I couldve used that money to buy new ones. My voice echos in the headphones. It amplifies sound from everywhere to your ears. For instance, my fan is on and I hear the fan like it's right in my ear when there is no music playing. Some times there is static. I have small ears and I read some comments that other people with small ears, it stayed in their ears but oh no not mine. I love the color and style but it is not worth the money. I did a shake test and they kept falling out; I had to keep adjusting them. The rubber rings it comes with are to big for my ear to hold. Lol 😆 I sized down on the rubber for my ears and still was not a good fit.

Edit: I'll leave my previous written review, but I'm changing my one star up to four stars. A couple of days after I wrote my frustrations here, both the crackling earbud and the accidental hair tapping magically stopped. I don't know why it did, but I'm happy with it now. Original review is below this point .The refurbished part of this product is not great. There are some expected details such as smudges on the case and the rubber ear pieces are somewhat worn. I don't mind that part. I do mind that the right earbud crackles in my ear randomly. It was comparatively cheap to buying new, so I figured I'd leave an extra star, but my hair is also constantly tapping it and pausing, playing, and even skipping around songs or books I'm listening to. Maybe it's not bad for most people, but unfortunately I don't have the option of putting my hair up, so it's practically unusable. I had the buds pro before I got the buds pro 2, and I've had more unintentional hair taps in 2 days with these than I've had in the 3 years I had the last ones. Again, maybe it's just me, but it is certainly frustrating.

Can't tell you hoe much I loved these earbuds yhe bass and sound quality is amazing and the noise cancelation is near perfect!!!I am a student so I NEED music and need to listen to my lectures so ambient is a must and very effective I get to listen to my professor and my music simultaneously it's amazing!Snug fit so it never comes out even when on my usual runs however the sweat will loosen them up ofc.But though it all amazing could listen to music ALL day eithout worrying if they were gonna make it through the day. I could make it from school and work with some battery left!

Came looking like new and sounding great, the only headache was syncing both ear buds together 😅 but you can always youtube it and if the syncing video didn't work for you like me cause one of the ear buds only sync when I reset it, all you have to do is keep both ear buds in the case, put it next to the phone "opened" and let the phone sync with both ear buds and that should have both of them syncing together, you might have to do this two cause mine unsync twice but after that I had no issues at all they work like new ☺️

First set was scratched to hell even though it was supposedly "excellent". Case AND buds. The case also wouldn't charge past 75%. Returned those for a different set. Case scratched to hell but buds looking good. Case wouldn't charge the buds unless plugged in. Case took two days to charge still amd there was a feedback issue. Again, supposedly "excellent"
