Drank two full things during my painful long periods. Warmed up for a minute in microwave at night, or when cramps are bad. Great for skin to be bouncy. Overall a great buy. I wish they would send me a box as the price is lowkey high for 365 day use. Very very stubble taste so it’s not like some death juice. More like goddess love.
