The best controller on the market, worth every dime!
I pretty much never take the time to leave reviews, but this has been one of those absolute game-changing (no pun intended) product's for me, I felt obligated to share. Exhibit A: I have a lot of controllers... My kids and I are big gamers, so that comes with a lot of consoles. However, I think every one of these controllers shown except the solo wired (turbo) were purchased before the Wolverine V2s. Initially, I was a disgruntled purchaser of the PS/PC V2. I've always been an Xbox/PC/Nintendo player, but last year I decided to branch out and picked up a PS5. Immediately after turning it on and picking up the PS5 controller the first time I was in utter shock, the joysticks AREN'T OFFSET?! What kind of garbage, hand cramping design is that? I digress... So I immediately started searching for PS5 aftermarket controllers with offset joysticks, and initially all I could find looked like garbage with fairly negative reviews except the Wolvering V2, which I thought at $250 was just the most absurd price I wasn't going to pay for a controller period, much less turning a $500 venture into PlayStation into a $750 one. After continuing to scour the internet for another decent PS5 controller at a "reasonable" price and coming up short, I decided to bite the bullet and just buy the V2 (hence the disgruntled). Now, I don't think I'd ever spent more than $80 on a controller and that was for the Switch Pro's, which I still thought was really pricey for a controller and I couldn't believe I was spending over $100, much less $250??? Exhibit B: I don't know how long it took to ship, but let's assume overnight. You can see it took me all of maybe 36 hours to decide I couldn't go back to an Xbox controller. Even though the Xbox V2 was wired, which I couldn't believe, I had been ruined for all other controllers. That covers my first 2... What was the single gift I told the family to chip in on for Xmas last year? A 2nd PS5/PC Wolvering V2 to dedicate to PC so the original could be dedicated to PS, after all who want's to go through the trouble of moving a USB stick between the two? ***Pros*** You're just not going to top the quality of Razer. The product stands up behind it's price tag. The additional programmable M1/M2 next to your Trigger/Bumper is so insanely comfortable to replace those high volume buttons or if you have more than 2 high volume buttons (looking at you Diablo) shift one off of your thumb for not just a more comfortable setup, but reduced mis-clicks. The programmable M3/M4/M5/M6 paddle buttons on the back are incredible for combo button needs (Stick those flasks in your pouch Elden Ring players and seamlessly be able to down HP or FP without drinking the wrong one again!). ***Cons*** Price. However, if you're someone that put your controllers through work and need to replace them periodically, this might not be as expensive as it seems as it will absolutely outlast any standard PS/Xbox controller... No turbo or macro capabilities. (PLEASE Razer, if you're reading this, for the love of god release the Wolverine V3 Pro ASAP with Synapse support for Macros & Turbo!!!) ***Potential Pro/Con*** This is not a "small" controller, it has *slightly* beefier grips than a standard Xbox or PS5 controller, designed (I assume) for ergonomics. It took a while for it to click for me, but I realized during those super-sessions my hands weren't getting as stiff or sore. That being said, if you're someone with really small hands that struggles with the size of those, say if you opt for the Joy-Con controller because the Switch Pro Controller is too big, this probably isn't the right controller for you. Look, do whatever you want, I'm not your dad. But if you do pick one up and end up loving it as much as I do, I hope this review helped!

Best controller I’ve had yet.
I love this controller. From the tactile micro switch dpad and face buttons, to the smooth triggers and joysticks I’m desperately trying to make this one last. Gotta play with clean hands and do my best not to crush this thing to death. The trigger locks and extra switches are easily accessed. I love the LED light show this thing puts on. The only drawback is the rather pitiful battery life. Also wait for it to go on sale if you can. It’s a bit over priced even at $200 imo. But I’m a razer fan and will always go back to them. But other wise the back paddles are perfect and extra shoulder buttons are all customizable mean you hit every possible configuration and can swap em quickly using the app on your phone which was user friendly, imo. 10/10 as good as it gets, def recommend.

Very good controller, terrible adapter design
I really like this controller but sometimes it disconnects, it will reconnect automatically but it can get me killed sometimes. And the buttons are clickier than I'd like. Update: My USB receiver broke because my cat used it to climb on top of the PS5. Unfortunately, if you plug it into the back of the PS5, it disconnects way more often so plugging it in the front is the only way to reliably keep it connected, but then it sticks out about 2-3 inches from the PS5 and obviously animals will use this as a stepping stone when climbing. I contacted Razer support and they said there was nothing they could do, despite still being under warranty. I don't know if this is somehow Sony's fault or just Razer's design, but why does this controller need a dongle, when it has bluetooth? Do PS5 controllers not connect via bluetooth? Couldn't you make a PC app or console app to change the settings/button assignments? The worst part about all this, is this is still the best "premium" controller available for the PS5. And it still doesn't hold a candle to Xbox's Elite controller.

Wireless USB Stick and Wired USB-C A+
I'm going to get straight to it. Wireless usb stick works great and wired USB-C of course works perfectly fine, the only downside there's no Bluetooth only on the Razer Controller app RGB and the Wired usb-C is too short it will not reach your couch so I would buy a longer Wired usb c and a Power Bank to charge it while your gaming wirelessly and stays charged for awhile I gamed 8 hours and still had 2 bars left so it will last a full day or two. Ok onto the Clicky snappy and crisp buttons, there amazing, they really do feel much better than the regular dual sense controllers well done Razer and I like the fact that the themb knobs are magnetic you can pull them off and easily put them back on A++. The RGB lights are amazing very smooth and not blinding. The controller is a hair bulky so if you have small hands getting to the bottom Quick lever pads under controller might be problematic to you and kinda in a wierd position I'm still learning though so it might grow on me or figure a better way cause when your using all the buttons all at once the only thing holding the controller while engaging is your pinky fingers lol. I would also buy back up thumb knobs if you can find them I can't even find them on Razer Web page so I'm assuming you would have to call support and services to get them. Overall it's a great controller but If you play games that don't use most of the buttons I would just customize the regular Dual sense controller to your liking and stick with that but if you use it for Console and PC and moding then this beast is perfect for you. Price can be lower but I'm happy overall. Time will tell.

Great
Great for PC gaming, don’t like that it doesn’t connect to the Razer synapses app. Plus it stated PlayStation layout but is actually Xbox.

Been using Razer Raiju Ultimate for years on PC and PS4. Trying this Wolverine v2 Pro because of PS5. Rather disappointed as it felt like there were more downgrades than upgrades. Pros: Hyperspeed, clicky directional pad and buttons, changable stick and audio jack. Cons: RGB (not ARGB!?), plastic feels cheap unlike the Raiju, no haptic, not even basic rumble.. wireless connection only via its dongle, no basic bluetooth connection.. Overall, it is disappointing and regretted my purchase. Better off with Sony's Dualsense Edge. Hoping to return this.

I rebought the controller because of stick drift. I had the previous one for more than two years. However, this one had an issue within one month of having it. The bottom buttons (M5 & M6) got loose.
