Exactly what I needed at a lower price.

Have no issues, works good

These work great and my nebulizer, I had no issues with them and the machine together. But I did notice these are pretty strong as far as sodium content. I have a few kids and we are constantly passing germs back-and-forth, when I get sick and congested, my lungs tend to fill with mucus. And having a nebulizer around really loosens things up. I did notice the relief it gave as far as loosening up, but it also kind of burned my nostrils from the nebulizer portion. it may just take some getting used to?

I use these in a NEBULIZER for my little dog who has congestive heart failure. Helps him a lot to expel fluid and he can cough it out easily.

I have previously purchased from other brands 7% and 9% and those were way better. I am returning both 3% and 7% back to amazon. Did not do anything to relieve any mucus and lung congestion.

This product has a higher sodium chloride (saline or salt) content. It's more often used to make you cough up phlegm/mucus. So, this particular strength (7%) is better used with a more severe illness such as bronchitis, pheumonia or other upper and lower respiratory illness that cause a lot of phlegm production. The higher percentage of sodium chloride is what helps you cough up a lot of phlegm/mucus. If you have a lesser need to cough up mucus, you should use a 3% sodium chloride solution instead. Also, remember the following, when using your nebulizer. If you have an upper respiratory illness, you should breathe mostly through the nose during the nebulizer treatment. This helps it go throughout all the airways, from the head to the lungs. If you have a lower respiratory illness, you should breathe through the mouth during the nebulizer treatment. Whether you're doing a nebulizer treatment for upper or lower, you should also try to take deep breaths and hold your breath right after inhaling, while doing a nebulizer treatment. Try to do this at least a few times, during the treatment. This helps the moisture from the nebulizer treatment, to stick to the walls of airways and lungs more than just breathing in and out. Doing this helps mucus to keep from becoming dry. When mucus becomes dry, it can start building up. Dried mucus is much harder to cough up. Having a dry cough makes it hard to get rid of phlegm/mucus. Wet coughs can help you cough up much more phlegm/mucus. Nebulizers are used to help moisten the walls of airways and lungs. Doing these extra steps can help you achieve better results. I'm not a doctor. But, both my sons had asthma, allergies, upper and lower respiratory issues, bronchitis, and pneumonia growing up. They were in the hospital many times, as small children. It makes sense when someone mentions that you should do these things. But, it's not always something people think to do, while doing the nebulizer treatment.I hope this helps. 😊
