Originally purchased in April 2023 and 2 years later itn still works great. Adjusting the angles takes a little getting used to but works perfectly. Easy to use, very sturdy, adjusting the length and height I need is a smooth process and has zero problems holding my phone up which is a little heavy and even has a card wallet on the back. I absolutely love it and came back to buy one for my nephew! If you're looking for one that's super flexible for odd angles then this probably isn't for you. I just use it for video chatting when gaming.

This stand is very good, considering the relative low cost. The desk clamp is nice and inconspicuous, unlike many of the common clamps used with the long extended threaded bolt and wing nut. This one looks very clean, with nothing extending below it. The only negative I have about the desk clamp is that it's plastic. I can see a limited life due to this; but I realize that helps to keep the cost down.The articulation is not bad, though a bit rough due to what I'll call a clam-shell joint style, as compared to more advanced joints; but, once again, I could guess it's a cost saving measure. It's worth pointing out, after seeing so many people give poor reviews claiming there is no 3rd joint: the 3rd metal joint is there, you just need to use force when extending the rods for the first time—it will pop up from within the 2nd rod from the base. That's really not fair for the seller to get bad reviews for a product that is not broken. The seller should pop a quick note in there with instructions about this.The only question about this stand is longevity—as with all articulating, weight-bearing apparatuses like this. There is only one metal joint, with the two towards the phone clamp being plastic. These use the same clam-shell style that the metal uses. As others have pointed out, the main metal joint does not allow for a clean 90° bend; I'm pretty certain it's a 75° bend. The engineers must've determined this is a better angle for load bearing.The phone clamp is ok. It is spring loaded, so eventually that has got to weaken its grip.Before purchasing, I didn't see the option for the "Plus", which includes the tablet clamp. I probably would've purchased that one had I seen it.Lastly, I would like to see this same stand in a higher quality version: fully articulating, smooth motion joints, that adjust and stay as positioned—like a monitor arm. I think people would pay the money if done right.

I bought this product to try it out since my gooseneck product broke after 6 years of wear and tear.JSAUX Phone Holder is a good alternative when you need to have your phone on while being hands free. I use it during my recording sessions and such.Pro: It does lock onto the table very well with the tighening system. It can extend it's reach and height. It's easy to use. The phone doesn't move when it's pinched by the holder. The product is sturdy.Con: The extension cannot do a 180 rotation which is a big downside for the product. Depending on how you need to setup your desk, your limited to how you can set it up. It can only rotate one side. The piece that locks the phone should come with a pincher release mechanism or something, it can be hard to remove the phone from the attachment.Neutral: I think the product material is okay. Doesn't feel cheap nor expensive.Overall: I think it's a good alernative product however you can probably buy a better product that can do everything you need with setup wise.

I love this product, but just know that if you are looking for something that can bend this is not the type of product this one has some mechanism inside where you can position it anywhere and i use it next to my bed to keep my phone far away from me once i go to sleep so it works good because i have just push and tilt, so highly recommend it
