These are excellent for sleep support. I have noticed that I fall sleep much quicker after taking these. They taste good too! Plus, magnesium at bedtime is just good for you in so many ways! I will be getting more after my second bottle.

I’ve gone through 4 bottles. Great taste and effective for sleep improvement. However, the most recent bottle the gummies have a really bad taste at first, like they are coated in something nasty. All bottles have stuck together in a clump. I use a fork to pull them out.

I recently struggled to sustain my electrolytes after an illness. These magnesium gummies have really been helpful in getting a relaxing good night's rest.

These gummies make or break my day. I 100% notice a difference when I don’t take them. They don’t help my sleep, but I feel like my focus is much better and I don’t get that “brain fog” feeling anymore when I remember to take these. I like the taste and I don’t get ANY stomach problems or pains.

Horrific! We keep buying these and sometimes they are great, and then we will switch to subscribe and save and those bottles will taste bad. This time the subscribe and save batch literally tastes like poison. I’m not saying they are actually poisoned, but that’s how bad they taste this time. Amazon won’t let us return them. Even buying them individually doesn’t always work out, but subscribe and save has a real issue. So I have two bottles, one not opened and can’t return either.

We have ordered these multiple times and LOVE THEM! My husband, my daughter and I all take them. That said, the last two batches were so stuck together that we can’t get them out of the bottle. They were almost useless. When we were able to put tweezers in the bottle and pull them apart from each other they didn’t always come out whole. I’m not sure what is happening to the quality of the product, but I can only assume all of them melting together in one large clump also affects the efficacy of the gummy. I will update to 5 stars if my next batch comes as single gummies again. Other than the fact that we can’t get them out of the bottle, we do love these. The photo is the last few gummies we freed from the bottle and they are all stuck together in a big clump 😑
