What are the ingredients of this item?

I don't have it in front of me. It's almond flour based. I'm sure you can find the ingredients on the company website.

Does the Nutrition Facts label account for the eggs and the coconut oil (it must!), or does it refer to the dry ingredient mix only?

dry ingredients only. They have no idea which egg method you are going to use. They can only account for what they put in the package
