This is really good for the price. It doesn't have much GPU power so you need to install additional video cards. It can hold 2. They are super easy to install. Once installed and configured it's amazing. I use it to train Large Language Models and run my Ai. Runs like a dream. It lost power briefly once and came right back up. It was really loud for about a minute while coming back up. Then it ran normally. It's really quiet. I barely hear it when working and it's 3 feet away. I would absolutely recommend this. Just remember to get the additional video cards.

Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. You would never know it was refurbished, it looks brand new. Opened it up, not a speck of dust inside, and all hardware was installed properly and functioning as expected. Noise level is actually not nearly as bad as expected. Fully ramped up, yes it's loud but at idle, it's hardly noticable. Excellent seller and quick to respond to inquiries.

I've been looking at upgrading my old vmWARE ESXi server for a couple years. I wanted the 720 (to run dual nVIDIA GPUs), but this was an awesome price with everything that it comes with! 128G RAM 4 1.2TB drives (I also grabbed a pack of 10 additional for storage) iDRAC 8 Enterprise (versus my older iDRAC6 Enterprise) PERFECTLY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT!!!!! BATTERIES IN WORKING ORDER!!!!! BIOS UPDATED / FIRMWARE UPDATED!!! When I re-enabled the initial 4 drives included, the server booted up with 180 day evaluation of Windows Server 2019 - which I have a licensed older 2012R2 on another machine I need to update soon as well. Quiet! Fast! Worth EVERY penny! Shipping was SUPER FAST!

Seems to be a good, clean server and is operating just fine. However, there were some misses on the description: 1) iDRAC is an enterprise version, not express (a good thing) 2) Hard Drives are 6Gb/s, not 12Gb/s 3) Seller had not upgraded firmware (no biggie, just 30 minutes or so using LCC) 4) Item was late shipping 5) Shipped with Win Server 2016 installed (no problem, just noting) Overall, I expect this will work in my homelab for many years to come (replacing a Dell r510).

This product arrived days early and was packaged very well. No damage at all came with everything mentioned in the description, and it powered on right away. For the price, this is well worth the money. Inside was clean of any dust and dirt. Also had empty RAM slot covers, which is nice to have as well. Windows Server 2019 is installed as the main OS.

How did I end up here. TL:DR Very clean, arrived early, worked out the box, even has the key to lock the cover to the rack! Functions fantastic, not as loud as I thought it’d be. I have it in a server rack in the office which shares a wall with mine. I do not hear it. Mainly a media server but doubles as a NAS until I get a nice storage server. I stocked it with 16 1.2tb drives in raid 50. I did all this with online guidance cause I have no clue what I’m doing. Somehow this purchase resulted in me running my own cat6 cable and learning how to terminate it. Good news, it works great. Got new cat 6 from living room to the office. Bad news, a switch arrives in a few days. And all cause I got this for 400$. I should mention the cpus I got were slightly slower but offered many more cores so I just didn’t say anything. lol.

Came with all the drive covers and front bezel, Looks like new inside, not a spec of dust. It had windows server 2019 installed but I screwed it up. I am trying to get the controller to work with the SAS drives and two SSD Sata's, It is defiantly loud, and weirdly it got louder when I installed the ssd's . Once I figure out how to get it working with my windows pc it will be great, These things cost about $20000 new. The trick is when you insert additional disks, you have to pull the ones that are already configured or they will be wiped when the new ones are added to the RAID controller. I still haven't been able to connect thru the IDRAC port, I get the login screen after I set the port address, but can not get a user/password to connect, I have tried setting the jumper to reset the password but that dosen't seem to work either. I have Windows 10 Pro and Ubuntu linux working on it and VMworkstation.
