I'm 5'9 195lbs. I bought this in Large before and it fits good but was a little long on me so I placed a second order for Medium and they fit very nice. Slightly tight which I don't mind, if you're insecure about your midsection then I would buy a Large.

These thin polyester shirts are true to size, soft and work great as muscle shirts for lifting at the gym.

This is a stretchy stringer and fits snug. Its cut good so its not too short or long, too big or small. I wear a large & L fits me good. I suggest ordering your size for a good fit or you could always go a size bigger if your not flat in the belly. If your carrying a few extra pounds its going to show. The color is good and the same as advertized. All in all its a good quality stringer.

Material seems good and the pattern looks great, less boring than solid, more pronounced than heathered. It's cut lower under your arm pits (those high-cut arm holes are uncomforatable). It's also cut a little lower in the neck and the back is thin. In hot/humid weather, "less is more" so this looed good. However,...take extra notice of the shoulders. It is VERY tapered, meaning it's cut like a woman's top. Looks OK on the body-builder lol. It's OK (3 stars). This would be great if it wasn't quite so tapered (think bikini top).

I like this stringer for its softness and stretchiness, and it doesn’t have any sharp seams. The racer back looks really good, and combined with the thin shoulder straps it has been a great top for keeping my temperature down. The fabric is like a multi-tone black and charcoal colour. It’s my first pick for staying cool on the treadmill or bike, and also suits exercises where a wide range of unrestricted motion is desired. I’m 5’10, about 170lbs and have a 33-34” waist. I chose a size M. The length is a bit longer than the average muscle shirt. I have a preference for the neck region not being too low, so I removed 1.25” out of the length of the shoulder straps and the result is shown in my pictures.
