Apple iPhone 14, 128GB, Midnight - (Renewed)

If you check the buy options and choose a supplier with good reviews (>90%) this is a great phone. It arrived in perfect condition. No scratches, or nicks. Camera looked perfect, no dead pixels and a 98% battery. I choose the 'Excellent' condition. Very happy with this phone. We originally purchased from a company with around 75% score, and were disappointed and sent the phone back.

I was really apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone as you don’t get to see the exact phone you’ll be buying beforehand. It’s all a bit of a gamble, but felt confident knowing this was covered under the 30 day Amazon return policy. I needn’t of worried. The iPhone 14 128gb yellow phone I received just absolutely pristine. I couldn’t believe in was a secondhand refurb. There wasn’t even so much as a fine scratch on it. It has 95% battery health and was amazing value at £305 way cheaper than anywhere else I’d be looking on the high street. Transferring from my old iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 was slick quick and easy via iCloud. The phone arrived with a flat battery, but once charged up it was fine. Holds charge well. I’m assuming it’s still got all original Apple parts as no error messages have popped up. I’m really really impressed. Arrived the next day via Prime. Alarmed that no signature was required. Alarming it might have been left on my doorstep had we not been in 🤔. It was delivered in an unmarked box with a brand new changing cable (can’t prove or disprove it’s an Apple cable or not), and a sim pin. The phone was well protected in a well-fitting blow-up sectioned bubble bag. Absolutely love my new phone. Highly recommended

I was a bit nervous about buying a used iPhone 14 from Amazon, but I’m honestly so impressed. The condition is fantastic—it looks almost brand new with no visible marks. The battery life is excellent and easily lasts me the whole day, and everything functions perfectly. If you're on the fence about buying used, this is definitely worth it!

However, the items we received differed significantly, as explained below: **Item 1:** This phone was delivered within two working days and fully met the advertised condition. It has no scratches, a very bright screen, and a battery health of 86%. **Item 2:** This item arrived five working days after the first one and did not meet the "excellent condition" standard. It appears to be a composite device, possibly assembled from parts of different models. The chassis resembles an iPhone 15, while the screen is from an iPhone 14. Additionally, the charging port is USB-C (consistent with the iPhone 15), and the screen brightness is noticeably dim. The system is identified as an iPhone 14. We have returned this item.

I ordered an iPhone 14 in "excellent" condition after smashing my iPhone X - it arrived quickly, was well packaged and came with a charging cable which is always nice to have an extra of. I had to clean the ringer toggle as it was a bit dirty but it was clean aside from that. I was a bit disappointed with the number of little scuffs on the metal edge around the screen, although they looked like normal wear & tear or maybe from a case. There are really small and fine imperfections on the metal around the back camera lenses and one fine scratch on the screen. My biggest issue is the battery health which was 86%, I was hoping it would be higher but aside from that I would say the phone is in great condition, the camera, mic and speakers are all working as expected. It's a massive upgrade from my old phone at a fair price so I'm happy overall.

Telefonen fungerar acceptabelt, men när jag valde batteriprocent mellan 90 % och 100 % visade den inte det. Det var ett trick från säljaren, eller så ljög de för mig. Jag fick bara 80 % batteri. Jag var desperat efter telefonen, annars hade jag returnerat den. Den säljaren lurade mig. Jag rekommenderar inte att köpa från honom.

The phone looks almost new, with small scratches that are barely visible. The battery holds up well. The only issue is that it gets hot during video calls, which is probably the same for other iPhones. The main thing is that my daughter is happy with her gift)

J’ai acheté cet iPhone 14 reconditionné (128 Go, coloris Minuit) et je suis globalement très satisfait de mon achat. Le téléphone est arrivé bien emballé et dans un état esthétique quasi impeccable, aucune rayure visible à l’utilisation. À l’allumage, tout fonctionne parfaitement : écran, Face ID, appareil photo, haut-parleurs, boutons… rien à signaler. Les performances sont excellentes, comme attendu avec un iPhone 14 : navigation fluide, applications rapides, très bonnes photos et vidéos, et une autonomie correcte pour une journée complète d’utilisation. La batterie est en bon état et tient bien la charge. Pour un produit reconditionné, c’est une très bonne surprise et un excellent compromis pour bénéficier d’un iPhone récent à un prix plus raisonnable. Je recommande sans hésiter pour ceux qui hésitent encore à franchir le pas du reconditionné.
