What a fantastic book. Very in depth. I had to read no more than 1 chapter then take time to let myself understand. This guy knows his stuff and he has definitely opened my eyes. For example watching politicians lying on TV.. brilliant educating mind awakening book.

Brilliant. I'm blown away with the amount of details in this book. So well written for easy reading and understanding. Packed with information on what to pay attention to and what to look for in behaviour signs. A comprehensive guide for anyone. Complete with easy references to follow. A true masterpiece and such good value

Most books I like to skim, this book was absolutely captivating and full of useful tools unlike any book I have come across. I had the pleasure of attending the live course too and completely blown away, he is such a humble guy. I was not expecting this at all, the principles in this book and his way of being have many cross over beliefs with a way of being, couple that with technique and you have a power beyond your own belief. You will also learn so much about yourself, how you interact, it’s not a self help book, however it’s much better than any I have read.

Love it! I'm dyslexic so it was migranes to crack the keys but after that everything's pretty much straight forward with describing body language. I'm not a cop but it's definitely interesting to observe people around me and get a sense. Highly recommend it for people who care about life and people surrounding them

Great read, with expertise and wisdom galore ! BUT book binding quality terrible with lots of loose pages

One of the best books I’ve ever read. Well-written, informative and eye-opening. Definitely will be buying some of his other books. Learned a hell of a lot from this. And if you enjoy this, check out the YouTube channel; The Behaviour Panel, which Chase Hughes is one of four other behaviour analysts. It’s awesome. I’ve literally watched every single one of their videos 😂

I’m only about half way through but I have to say this, this is the most amazing book I have ever read! It’s changes your perspective on a lot of things, not just behaviour. The table of elements is so clear and precise, you can see exactly what you’re looking for. I can’t imagine the hard work that’s gone into that. Great work!! I would recommend this to anyone who is remotely interested in this subject.

I have just finished my first read of The Ellipsis Manual... mind blown! It is absolutely jam packed with techniques that can be applied in countless situations (have your highlighter at the ready)! I have read some reviews that describe this as more of a text book - yes that is true, it is a “manual”...but don’t let that put you off! Chase Hughes explains everything thoroughly and gives plenty of examples. I personally read the book alongside listening to podcast episodes/videos Chase featured on (freely available on his website, YouTube or Spotify). These added to my understanding of how everything fits together. I am a therapist in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis - where active participation - both in therapy and between sessions - is paramount. This manual individualised the way I communicate with each client, enabled me to pick up on even most subtle non verbal cues, and allowed me to gain compliance in therapy participation. Regardless of your field, if your goal is to bring about the best possible outcomes in the shortest time possible, this is the book for you!
