Though the product is marketed as XS, the item is larger and heavier than you would expect. My 12 week old puppy is a pug/shih tzu mix, but it may be too large for smaller breeds. Really robust against sharp puppy teeth! The puppies are happy to chew on these before they fall asleep, it's really good wheen they are teething.

My 14 month old Staff x Whippet and my 7 week old American bulldog x Mastif loves this! My only concern was the plastic as when it was bitten it made a click/crack noise. So me being worried I took it off to be sure, but then realised that it isn't hollow inside. So it's safer than I realised.It does smell like bacon and they love it! Wouldn't recommend taking the ring off as the dummy was too small for my 14 month dog and I was worried she'd choke.All in all a great toy!

My dog chewed it so much ,the plastic was breaking off.I didnt want her digesting plastic .It kept her occupied a lot of the time and worked like a teething chew .i think it was the taste of meat that made her enjoy it .
