Always Wanted To, Finally Did. NOT. SORRY.
Came well packaged and well labeled to avoid damages. Open the box on the indicated side up for easier removal. The bed is folded and wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve (see photos). Easy setup, no tools needed.Once removed and unfolded, you find all you need is boxed and attached with zip ties to the undercarriage of the bed (see photo). The legs (6 in total) have layered sections that unscrew so you can add or remove height in increments (see photo). The legs have a hard plastic foot, which isn't bad, but we were afraid might scratch the hardwood floor. We attached felt tabs that had adhesive backing, just to be safe (see photo). Both beds easily fit into an existing bed frame when you remove the slats that support the old box spring (see photo showing one of the 2 in place). All the cords lay on the floor, much to the dismay of my lovely wife who like an easy to clean household. To maintain happiness in said household, I twist tied them up and out of the way onto the frame, taking care not to tie to any moving frame parts or where moving frame parts contact each other. There is a battery backup box that gets plugged in tandem with the power brick, incase of power outages. Good design thought here. They tell you in the instructions, and on a decal on the outside of the battery backup box, not to leave the batteries in as they, over long periods of time, can leak acid and ruin the box. This is true and power outages are rare but I didn't want to have to crawl under the bed to access the battery box the power ever did decide to go out. So, instead of having the wired battery box lay on the floor, I zip tied them to the base of our bed frame for easier access (see photo).VERY quiet , smooth and comfortable speed in operation. The under bed lighting is subtle and welcomed for those middle of the night relief breaks. 2 USB ports per bed are also welcome, too, placed at the outer edge under the head of the bed. Yes, under, not on the side. Once you have whatever charging cable plugged in here, you'll probably want to leave the cables plugged in there and plug/unplug the device you're charging instead. Not sure we will ever use the massage feature, which is a good design but kind of a novelty. We definitely wanted the ability to have memory presets, the one touch zero-G position, one touch anti-snore position (my wife thanks you) and the under bed lighting. The massage just happened to come with the package.Very well made, very quiet and very sad we didn't get one these YEARS ago. As a 54 year old male, the zero-G offers welcomed back relief (which has had herniated disc surgery). And my wife (who remains ageless) says she has never slept so well. The bed package we created was completely from Amazon and for thousands (yes, thousands) less than an area chain store quoted us. We got this split king adjustable bed frame set with:- DynastyMattress Cool Breeze 12-Inch HD GEL Memory Foam Mattress, SPLIT KINGSold by: DYNASTY MATTRESS, INC.- LIFE Home Premiere Classics Cloth Light Grey Silver Linen 51" Tall Headboard Platform Bed with Slats King - Complete Bed 5 Year Warranty Included- 2 of SafeRest Twin Extra Long (XL) Premium Hypoallergenic Waterproof Mattress Protector - Vinyl Free- Split King Size Bed Sheets Set, Bedding Sheets Set on Amazon, 5-Piece Bed Set, Deep Pockets Fitted Sheet, 100% Luxury Soft Microfiber, Hypoallergenic, Cool & BreathableUPDATE February 2023:Here’s it is, 5 years and 2 moves later: Still working without a hitch, still loving this bed. Worth the money - all the features for a good price
Just got my split king a few weeks ago and very satisfied so far. I spent significant time trying to find a reasonably priced adjustable base with the features of this bed. Most were either double the price, or if they were within price range they were missing some of the same features (under bed light, massage, etc.) or required an additional warranty for anything beyond a few years. While hesitant on ordering something this significant from Amazon, I decided to move forward. Shipping happened in just a few days and two large heavy boxes were left on the doorstep. For the split king there are two individual twin xl beds - one in each of the boxes. The beds are folded in half, with all the components & needed wires on the inside of the fold (which is the underside of the bed frame). You start by cutting all the tie-wraps that are holding the boxes, the end retainer bar, the instruction booklet, and connecting bed strap (to hold the two twins side-by-side for a king). 3 of the boxes contain the legs, which just need to be hand tightened and hand screwed into the 6 bed frame leg slots (height of your choosing). You then plug the power cords together, get the beds into place, and then if you want them synchronized there is just one cord that needs to be plugged into each side of the bed into the one open connection slot.Assembly Recommendation - I was initially trying not to disassemble my bed frame, but decided to do it (it was simple) and it made the install much easier. By taking off the side rails and the foot-board, I could get the beds in around the right place, and once setup I just pushed them a couple feet into place. So if you can, I would separate or disassemble your bed frame, get the assembly done, connect them, push the bases into place and then reassemble bed frame. One note on measurements - I did have a wooden support bar on the bottom part of my headboard that made the length fit be really tight and prevented the top of the base from going all the way down. This made for a little work to remove this pre-installed bar, but was just part of the process. The remote is nice and works as expected. To program any one of the three manual programmable positions, once the bed is in the position you want it to be in, you just have to hold down the number for a few seconds until the remote flashes. I couldn't find this instruction anywhere. The underbed light is nice and not too bright. The massage feature can be turned on for the head or foot, or both at the same time. It frankly is really just a vibration, but while watching TV it is nice to have on for a bit.I have an full innerspring mattress - Winkbed. The bed has no trouble adjusting to this base, though it does seem to seem like it does slide a few inches towards the end of the bed since most of the time we have the head up some. With the head up, you are definitely further away from your nightstands (you have to turn and reach to get something from them). This isn't just for this bed from what I've seen - most have similar challenge. My only small issue is that with either remote, it seems like when having head or foot go up or down, one side goes up or down just a little further than the other. This is nothing noticeable with the mattress on, and I have yet to contact the company about it, but just wanted to write it in case someone else encountered.Overall, for ease of install, the features, and the warranty, I'm happy with my purchase so far. Glad I made the decision I did (to-date).

Great Bed!
I read a lot of reviews on a lot of adjustable bed frames (and mattresses) and kept coming back to this one. We bought the split king and couldn't be happier with it. We've been sleeping on it for a month now and both love it. It was as easy to put together as the description says and we chose to use one less of the leg support extenders (I'm quite short) and it's a good height for us. Everything worked right out of the box for us with no problems. We still haven't put the brace on to connect the two frames, but we have carpet and they haven't moved at all (we do intend to do this though). We went with 10" mattresses from Lucid and they are also staying together on the beds for us. I didn't think I would care that it vibrates, but surprisingly we both love that feature too. It's more of a jiggle than a massage, but it's enough that it puts us to sleep. We both start in the zero gravity position to play our nightly game of online cribbage together and then change to our favourite preset positions. The motors are very quiet and don't wake the other up if we decide to change how much our head or feet are raised during the night. Snoring is way down for both of us with our heads raised. The under the bed light is also convenient and although other reviewers have said they wished it was on a sensor, I think our lights would be on too much with the dog wandering around during the night. I sleep with my converter at my side but we both have said maybe we should velcro them to our side tables to always have them handy. We honestly have no complaints with these bases, they are sturdy, well made and we hope they last a very long time.

OMG
I am over 300lbs but a small 300 because of height. I figured this was going to be flimsy but it is rock solid. The controls are great. I thought what the hell would you need lights under the bed. Well it makes going to the bathroom a lot easier with the under bed light on you can see where you are walking. Pretty smart idea. Bed comes with massage but with a 12inch gel memory foam mattress you don't feel it all that much, which is too bad because I was really hoping to use it on legs. You can feel the one on your back a lot better. Also have a hard wood floor so it is pretty loud but sound would be ended with a carpet in bedroom. It has 2 usb outlets but I use the fast charger that is built into alarm clock. The controller is wireless and has easy to remember buttons so you don't need lights on to use it. Message has 3 settings or each foot and back or there is a button that does both at same time. In the center of those buttons is the sleep button which lifts your upper body up about 10ndegrees and leaves feet flat. Below that set of buttons there are two one is the light the other 0 gravity which takes your top to about 15 degree and raises your feet. Below those are the head and feet raise and lower buttons in the center of those is a layflat button where when depressed the bed goes flat and the message shuts down.Under those are the last 3 buttons called 1 2 3 which are different amounts of how much you sit up. The hight the number the more you sit up. Also with wife and myself on bed single xl side the motors are very quiet and could not hear the motor straining to lift us. In all I believe this will bring years of service. Oh ya it also has a mattress bar on end to keep mattress from falling off bottom. Which is where we get on our bed and with the 12 inch mattress they don't interfere with getting on bed.UODATE purchased in October it is now January. It is split king frames and they are worth every penny. They are very solid. They are not strapped together but stay together. There frames have not moved at all they have been side by side and you still could not slide a dime in-between the beds. The mattress keepers at end of bed work great wish they had them for the side also.I do wish the light was on a proximity sensor so when you walk in or get up the light would come on. That old be great. Also if you could do a double or triple length massage instead of a 10 or 15 min what ever it is. I love the fact that once you find the perfect sleep angels to be at you can hold a button and that is now programmed to that angel. Or for watching TV or reading or what river you do in your bed. I think I will be MacGyvering it for the lights to be auto but the massage for only so long might be a cool down period for motors will have to ask manufacturer. But like I said worth every penny.

Good quality
Works really good. Quality is good. I bought one before this one for more money and it was really no difference with this one. I am pleased with it.

Worth every penny, highly recommend
We have had this bed for a month now. Assembly was "easy" with the exception of having some hiccups regarding the height. We assembled to one height, got the bed frame around it and had to add another riser so that complicated it, but that isnt the products fault. It is literally take out of the box, plug in, put on risers and mattress. It is heavy but sturdy. Know the height of a frame before you fully assemble to save frustration if your putting a frame around. Sturdiness: we are not delicate size people and have the split king. They are holding up well. I have no concerns of it tipping on me and it supports our weight well. I go to bed nightly with the massage and relieve tired legs in zero gravity. It assisted greatly with a broken ankle and my spouse's neuropathy. We have slept side by side since we bought it and due to medical issues and snoring were not doing that for months prior.Constructive criticisms:1. The massage should have a timer. It turns off every 5 minutes and if your chilling out for a bit you have to have the remote on you at all times to keep turning it on.2. The mattresses split apart. There is a bar at the feet but nothing to help hold the side of the mattress on. Whenever my 2 year old climbs in it get a fissure and she falls in the crack. Then the split gets worse.Other than that we are thrilled with the product.

Found the perfect bed partner
The aches and pains of an aging body led me to look into adjustable electric beds and after about a month of research I settled on Blissful Nights E4. A Christmas gift to myself and I don't regret the purchase at all.I had friends assist with the unboxing and setup. The unboxing seemed to take the most effort - but if we had watched the YouTube video in advance, it would have been much easier. The bed is fabulous and I am in love. The Zero G position is my favourite for sleep and can I just say that my ankles and calves havent been this thin looking since the 80s! No more leg cramps at night and my knees seem to be far less painful in the mornings. I can fall asleep and wake up; in the exact same position.Super easy remote to use, wish it had a locate beacon/buzzer connected to a phone app as a few mornings I've had to search around for it. The underbed LED light is great as a nightlight for going to the bathroom and going back to bed without being assaulted by bright lights.Over all I highly recommend the bed to anyone considering it. I'll check back in a month or so to update my review should anything change. For now I will close with the tongue in cheek comment, that this near 70 year old woman has finally found the perfect bed partner! Thanks Blissful Nights.
