Here is something to know and consider, I got the following copy/paste reply from LG support about an LG UHD 65” purchased in November 2022: “ Checking the specifications of the unit, please be advised that the remote control we highly recommend to be used with the TV is the Standard remote that came with it. The 65UP7050ZUA is not compatible with any Magic Remote as it is missing the Bluetooth module required for the said connection. Again, I want to thank you for reaching out to our Support Team.”. So… watch for the Bluetooth factor and good luck!

Damaged battery compartment

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this TV remote from Amazon for Rs. 2,000 on 3rd August 2023, and now I am extremely disappointed. The battery compartment is corroded and damaged, rendering the remote completely unusable even though it's only not even a year old. It’s clear that no proper quality check was done. I’ve attached a photo to show the extent of the damage. This experience has been very frustrating, and I am now seeking a refund or replacement. I would not recommend this product based on my experience
