Easiest installation ever. Screwed the camera in, downloaded the app, connected to wifi, and it just worked. The picture is great quality and I am satisfied with this product. I wish I had of thought about no longer having a light out front prior to purchasing, but that can be an easy fix, and that's on me 😅

This camera was very easy to set up. If you bought an SD card, first make sure it is one designed for a security video recording, and second, connect the lightbulb camera to your wi fi network, then install the SD micro card and attach your camera to the light fixture. If using outside, you most likely will need to buy an extender so the camera portion is not blocked by your light fixture. It does a great job of motion detection and tracking and you will only get alerts when a human body is detected, although it recognizes my SHih Tzu as a human, but I’m sure my dog would agree. It takes good photos at night, too. You will need the cloud service to view an HD photo of the cam shot, or to remove your SD card to view it on your laptop. Otherwise the screen shots are not in HD quality. This camera works for me as I mostly just want to be alerted when someone approaches my doors, I haven’t tried the alarm feature yet, but that will be useful when away from the house. It’s worked outside for a few weeks in rain covered under my roof. I have no idea if this will still work in frigid temperatures, but I plan to only use the camera as an indoor camera/alarm during the colder months. I am retired and home most of the time, so this is sufficient for my use. The app is easy to use and sends notifications of activity right away to my iPhone. Recommend.

First I love the cameras. They screw right into the light outside my door. I was able to communicate through them view the past videos and live videos. It had a great picture. I highly recommend these cameras. Also a plus is that they are water proof which is a big plus. The app is very easy to navigate. The installation of the cameras are super easy to set up as well. If I can do it anyone can. As I am not tech savvy. Secondly, I did have some issues with both cameras I got home one day and one of them was hanging by the wires. The other wouldn’t turn left in the app when you opened it up on the control button. It would go up and down and right but not left. I contacted the company through the app chat and they responded in a timely manner. Seeing that they are located In California and it is a different time zone. They reached out to me and tried to fix the problem with the not left but since it wouldn’t fix the problem they said that they would replace both. Great customer service. The guy I talked to was very nice and even said that he was sorry he didn’t speak great English but I was able to understand him. Great company and great cameras. Highly recommend them. The cameras are not expensive so the value of the cameras are great for the price.

This camera is the best way to have instant access to viewing your home.great quality and sound. Come an equipped with a light function you can turn on and off. Voice camera worked great when a neighbors package was being delivered and they kept knocking. I told them through my camera to stop knocking they were not home. The knocking stopped.

I really wanted to like these. Initially, I had a hard time getting them to connect to my internet. So I bought an WiFi extender. Still, no dice (tho I have an Alexa 3 feet away, and my garage door device is connected to internet and is roughly 5 feet away). One of the bulbs connected intermittently, the other — which was even closer to router and extender — rarely ever. The device that *did* connect rarely tracked movement, even when standing directly in front of it. Oh, also… their design: If you *do* buy, make sure they don’t have to “see” through glass (like on a garage sconce) bc the camera lens will just turn around and face the wall, rendering them useless. I bought new fixtures to accommodate (which need to be something similar to a farmhouse wall sconce with a completely open bottom for them to peek out of). I ended up just using them as lights. But again, bc they weren’t connecting to internet, they just either remained on 24/7 or off. It’s been roughly a year (with mayyyybe 2 months of actual use) and both don’t power on. These are more frustrating than useful. Definitely not a reliable security option.

I really love the quality of these cameras. I like that even when zooming in, the image is clear. The app is easy to use and installation was simple. However, I do have two complaints that may be a deal breaker for me. If you turn the camera light on as you would use your porch light at night, it just looks like a camera flash or spot light rather than a porch light. It's very obviously a camera rather than a porch light. So it's a bit obnoxious and I wouldn't want it on all night. Also, there is a lag when moving the camera from the app which can be annoying. The video itself is fine, no lag. Just lags in the app when positioning the screen where you want it. It is a good quality and great deal but I need a porch light as well as a camera so I may return for that reason alone, unless I find somewhere else to put it. I would like to also mention that it comes with an outlet adapter as well so if you have outlets on the ceiling or higher on the wall, that these could work as well.

I am very impressed this camera. The picture is crystal clear. Installation 10/10. Connect to Alexa 10/10. It really is a walk through. Instructions clear and concise. Connecting to Alexa is a simple as can be. You won't go wrong with this camera and as I only needed one and it came in pair I now have one for a back up. Now the test will be to see how it lasts and the winter. One little caveat to my review is I wish it had a slide bar for motion detection.

It’s really good camera plus it’s a bulb camera I love the clear view it provides clear details in video make sure you buy Sd card with it if you want to save videos from your day

One of our cameras stopped working and their customer service was very helpful. They walked us through some trouble shooting steps over the phone and when it was determined that the device was faulty, they replaced it with no trouble.

Terrible company. The product's company did not offer support or acceptable solutions or options to a malfuctioning product. All features of this item were false. I purchased this brand based on other positive reviews and features but knowing what I know now I would never have purchased this product. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
