My original review: "There are no outer zipper on the black and white one (though that's in line with the pictures, not the description) but absolutely no lining or pockets on the inside whatsoever." Making a review on this just based on Amazon Message from them: "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding your order and would like to offer you a full refund for your purchase." That's a bit much - so I declined (I know, I'm an idiot) but was very surprised by this, and just wanted to add another review. Also, despite not being "exactly" what I wanted, I still use the bag all the time, because it's perfect for the ascetic I use.

I bought a shoulder bag for my sister. I adore her and the purse. This product is more than I imagined. Timely, the black and white purse was everything you said roomy and with a zipper top for security. A gift for the best. Thank you. No bad comments. A sale with some class.

I gifted this bag for my sister and she loves it. It’s a cute bag and good quality. Be aware it has a strange smell but once you air it out it goes away.
