I had a chat because one of my new Smart Ink cartridges did not work. He gave me several troubleshooting tips but the yellow ink still said broken. He overnighted me a new box which I received early in the morning. I popped the yellow in and it works like a charm. Thank you for your help.

Amazing customer service. I had trouble with the blank ink with a printer failure error and they sent me a new set that worked within a day of contacting them! Highly recommend this as an alternative ink that's cheaper, as good with great service.

Bought these and printer won’t accept them, “These are not Hp ink cartridges !!” Called customer service, got new ones sent and got the same message on the printer,”These are not Hp cartridges.” I’m sending them all back and don’t want any more.

Customer service was 5/5. One of my cartridges wasn't working right with my printer. I kept getting an error message. I spent hours searching my printer's online help tutorials with no avail. Finally I noticed a customer service card in the ink cartridge box, I emailed them - received a response within minutes. They walked me through step by step to reset my printer. When the error message still appeared, they didn't hesitate to send me a brand new cartridge, free of charge. Highly recommend this company.

I'm happy with the great customer service however my printer is still not recognizing this ink cartridge. I guess I should send your ink back to you.

I have used this product several times. Had an issue with one of the cartridges this time. Contacted customer service and they immediately answered and resolved my problem. Highly recommend.

The description says that these cartridges work with "HP Officejet 6700." I did not know that because HP Officejet 6700 Premium" is not specifically listed, I should not have ordered these cartridges. After many attempts to get the cartridges to work, I called the company hoping that they would guide me to resolve the problem. However, they said that the cartridges are not compatible with the "premium" version of 6700! Because 30 days from purchase had passed (but still less than 2 months), I could not return them anymore. They told me that I should have read carefully the list of printers for which the cartridges work. I told them that since "HP Officejet 6700" is on the list, it is not so far-fetched to assume that they would work for "HP Officejet 6700 Premium" too, so they should specify in the description that the "Premium" is NOT compatible. I consider this as an omission on their part, so the honorable thing to do should have been to allow me to return the cartridges even though 30 days have been slightly exceeded. I saw another review stating that their "HP Officejet 6700 Premium" printer got ruined after trying these cartridges and it did not work properly afterward even with original HP cartridges. I hope this is not my case but I am yet to order HP cartridges now.Update Jan 14, 2024: After the appearance of the above review, the company did reimburse me for the purchase without even asking for a return of the non-working product. So, I changed my rating from * to *** - still not four or five stars because I had to write a complaint first, while the same result could have been achieved when I called them on the phone explaining the situation. Also, I still do not see the "Premium" excluded in the description of the product, so others may still order it. Where the description mentions "6700", they should add "(but not 6700 Premium)."

Replacement ink cartridges work fine on my hp printer.
