Tight and firm pillow
Really tight around the neck. The website also mentions it's a medium-firm pillow but I didn't think it would be this tough to lay on

Perfect pillow
Perfect pillow it is hard at first and you have to wear it in but when you do it keeps your head in the perfect place to sleep…. This is my third one so I keep the older one out on the couch and the other one in my suitcase

Love These Pillows but Very Firm
TemperPedic neck pillows are absurdly comfortable! I love that the lining is easy to take off so that I can wash it regularly. My girlfriend liked the one I got her for our apartment so much that I bought her this pillow as a house warming gift. This pillow in particular is very firm. She kept the box for over a week debating on returning it. She ended up keeping it and happily use it every night.

This is the second one I’ve purchased. The first one I still have but it was time for a new one. The middle cracked but it lasted almost 15 years.

Not just for travel
Love this little pillow. This is the same pillow I would buy from Brookstone years ago The price at Brookstone over 10 years ago was $130.00.this is a great price and a great product.a little firm at first but then becomes fabulous this pillow does not sink into a nothing as the time go it stays wonderful. Not just for travel I use it night.
