no glucose, good for your teeth, taste like sugar... YAY!
Tt tastes just like sugar and it is GOOD for your TEETH!! Makes great sweet tea... it has a lower melting point. You can't bake with it, but you can monk fruit sugar. So I buy both. I don't need sugar anymore! Xylitol will kill you dogs, so make sure your coffee, etc... is out of their reach. This has no glycemic load... its great for my diabetic daughter!
