Very nice coffee maker, looks nice, super cute color that fits the esthetic of my kitchen perfectly, sleek clean design and very easy to use. Comes with user manual and works well for 2 coffee cups which is what I wanted. Could not find a smaller one in pink lol. Overall very happy with my purchase and would recommend! Coffee tastes amazing , it’s nice and hot and brews decently quickly!

Works great! No surprises! Good price and I'm not paying for features that I don't need. Has a 2 hour automatic shutoff. After years of K Cups, the coffee tastes great (btw, if you're not hip to using distilled water for your coffee, then you should give it a try). Takes 13 minutes to make a full pot.

We bought this brewer to replace a 40-year-old relic that the carafe had finally cracked and broken for. This brewer was easy to unpack, set up, and start using. It makes great coffee and has a no-filter-needed micro-screen drip cup thats handy and easy to clean. We use a 8-12 paper basket filter anyway (fits great but not necessary). The carafe burner has a 2hr time-out/turn-off feature that is safe, and easily turned back on with the single power/brew rocker-switch, that's on the base. True 12-cup carafe. We love it and are extremely happy with the value and quality of our purchase.

Fine little coffee maker but the carafe does dribble. We just pour over the sink, but that might not work for you. Doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but we didn't need or expect it at this price. All we needed was a basic coffee maker with reusable filter, and this does the trick. Recommend for the price, but pour over the sink!

Worked perfectly for 82 days. Great machine, made great coffee. Then just stopped working. The power light came on, would not brew, pad would not heat up. i got a refund.

Wonderful product. It's actually second product that I bought from this manufacturer. Easy to use, easy to clean. Works perfectly and the price was great. Try it, you will like it.

This coffee maker is great!!! I love the reusable filter. That's actually why I chose this one. And the filter is amazing. I've been using for a couple months and have never experienced grounds in my cup. I don't waste money buying filters. Coffee is good, hot. The only difference i would like is the filter be angled instead of flat. But I couldn't find a coffee maker with a reusable angled filter at a decent price. Again, I chose this one because of the reusable filter. That's a huge positive for me. And I am happy with every cup of coffee I've had from it!

I ordered the Mueller Home 12-Cup Coffee Maker in pink and was impressed right away. The color is a soft baby pink—exactly what I wanted. The machine is lightweight, easy to use, and brews smoothly with no dripping. I switched from K-Cups to save money and go back to traditional coffee, and I’m glad I did. The aroma while brewing is much richer. The keep-warm function holds the coffee hot for around two hours and it automatically shuts off, which is great if you’re in a rush. I can pour a cup, come back later, and it’s still warm. Overall: pretty, practical, brews well, and I’m very happy with it !

This is a great coffee maker. I didn't want high-tech, digital extra additions and see zero need to connect a coffee maker to my phone, lol! It's well made and makes good coffee. Got a sweet hand written note from them thanking me for my purchase.

We loved the coffee maker for the first few weeks, but now it takes forever to brew coffee. It just drops and takes forever. It’s so frustrating. Wouldn’t recommend this product as it will just break within a few weeks.
