Purdy White Dove Jumbo Mini Roller Kit 6.5" Single 6.5" Kit

Purdy (as always) make some of the best quality decorating tools on the market. These rollers and sleeves are no exception. On a flat surface they provide almost a 'spray finish' and on rough surfaces they perform equally as well. Can't say the tray is much good but it completes the pack. In my opinion the roller arm would be better if it was 4" shorter and if it had the same fast fit handle as the 9" cages.

The Purdy White Dove Jumbo Mini Roller Kit (6.5") is very good quality, exactly what you’d expect from Purdy. The roller cover applies paint smoothly and evenly, with great results. The 6.5-inch size is ideal and really fills a gap in a roller collection — perfect for areas that are too big for a standard mini roller but too small or awkward for a full-size one. Overall, a high-quality, well-made kit that’s practical and easy to use. A great addition for both DIY and professional decorating.

This Purdy roller fit's a market gap. At 6.5"inch. Painting doors I found my standard 9' inch roller sucked up too much paint and was wastefull. I find the mini 4" inch roller a bit small for this and other jobs. The Purdy Jumbo Mini roller just fits the bill. In use the rolled spun smoothly. This roller has a longer handle than a standard 4" roller. I used the White dove fleece roller covers, and they give a smooth finish and covered more quickly due to their size. Please note only Purdy roller covers will fit, as Pury is a none standard size. This also goes for the supplied paint tray. I would buy again, though a little expensive.

Purdy quality. For a really fine interior finish using quality matt emulsion paint Dove sleeves are hard to beat. Load well and carry plenty of paint with hardly any spotting, dream tools for pros and amateur decoraters. Bit more expensive than other painting gear but well worth the extra expense for a top notch finish.

Great product, very good quality

Good quality of roller leaves a good finish when I used it to apply emulsion.

Besides being a low maintenance collaborative applicator for paint related projects, its uses can be extended. “All you need is love”, wait, I think someone already said that. I can’t seem to remember where I heard that from. This really “bugs” me. Lol Other uses: The tray can be a great substitute for a plate, as you can put two slices of bread at the deepest point, then, on the slanted bottom, apply peanut butter and jam adjacently, and “voila”. The roller now becomes an excellent way to apply both spreads to two slices of bread, in one single roll. Now I know why the kit comes with a spare roller. One for culinary purposes and the other, which seems to be its twin or at least closely related, for the endless possibilities it can brilliantly assist you with in any paint projects. So in my words, “All you need is”, this kit. DIY rules!!! Unless you can’t, and that’s ok too.

Nothing more to say about a Purdy! They are amazing quality and never disappoint.
