Small bottle very expensive but it works. I've taken it 3 days so far and it has helped remove the sludge from my gallbladder. I'm not sure how it helps when spasms occur because I use other methods. I bought this for weekly maintenance because it's more cost effective for me. And it's not horrible tasting either. Would give 5 stars for a bigger bottle or lower price.

Purchased twice now and must say it has been the best product for keeping attacks away! Started taking it during my worst attack ever. It is not an instant remedy but worked in a few hours to move the stone along. Now taking for maintenance.

Jury is still out i can’t tell if is working, but I noticed that the bottle did not resemble what I ordered. The bottle was covered with liquid and was sticky. Initially, I thought it had been opened but it looks like some residue had been spilled on the bottle. The taste is manageable if you can drink apple cider vinegar. I’ll give it a few more days and then update.

Second time ordering for gallbladder cleasing. . Taste fine. I drink with water as if I drink ususal water many times a day. Expensive but works good. Will keep using this one.
