Use for lactose intolerance and they work wonders. Never had any issues with them and only need one per meal rather than 2 like other brands. Go down easily and don't have strange texture of taste.

I am lactose sensitive and I’ve had no stomach issues since taking these. I can enjoy little amounts of chocolate, cheese and milk in cooking without the side effects. They are easy to swallow and this is actually great value. I’ve bought them a couple of times now.

I used to use Kirklands lactose pills which were 9000 FCC ALU. These are a good alternative that work well, and about the same pill size. Just need to take them 5 to 10 mins before dairy to get a head start. The other I used were Best Naturals 9000 fcc, they work also but the pill is massive, so the pill box needed for the convenience was not great.

Effective, life changing recommended them to everyone i know who is lactose intolerant.

These at their current price of very good value however I only purchased them because the image clearly shows the pills with a line down the middle allowing them to be broken in half and the dose halved. The pills are in fact completely plain and cannot be broken evenly in half meaning they will last half as long as they should because I only need half doses. Otherwise all good but the product should reflect the images as in some cases this is the only source of relevant information
