I think it helped.
You all know the drill. First day/evening starting to feel the on set. Started with Night time, hit the Day time next morning. After 2 days felt fine. To be fully transparent not sure if this did it alone or the 2 shots of Jack Daniel's after each dosage to wash it down helped. Your milage might vary.
