This is not the best option...
Not bad if this is the only option available.. when compared to Saunders NCLEX review, this is way below the standard.. Anyhow, if you are used to memorize key points from a list rather than learning the content while studying who’s will be good.. Else, don’t go for it.. This doesn’t give access to a single practice question and just makes you encourage to buy their expensive online packages... i wasted 2 days reading this book and realized this is crap compared to the Saunders book I bought.. I studied only for 15 days and I passed the test...Anyways... best of luck...

It would be great if when ordering a Kaplan course (live online, or online), where this book is included as ebook, they would offer either ebook or paper copy. I would pay extra for them shipping it to me (though shipping through amazon was free -prime)There were some inconsistensies with the video and the book, but minor.

The best study tool I could find. Of course, I purchased this tool after I bought dozens of other books and ended up not using.
A must buy if you are studying for nclex! I purchased many books and I didn't use a single one of them after realizing how helpful t his one was. The pages appear as though it was typed in 2 columns and one column has the topics and information, the other is blank. I used this area to hand write any extra points for my notes or textbooks. This technique and book design made for a perfect study tool. Also, I realized after I took my nclex (and passed on the first attempt) that many little details where typed out and put in this book, so I didn't have to attempt to remember that a persons ABGs will be respiratory acidosis right after a NG tube is placed and them become metabolic. This was never taught to me and I did get a question on my nclex about it. If I hadn't had this book I wouldn't have know this and many other topics.

Holy, the exam wasn't easy but I finally passed! This book certainly prepared me well as I didn't want to pay for any classes. Glad I'm done, what a relief!- Cassie

I didn't find this a helpful resource at all. It is set up like an outline and does not list interventions in an order of priority- it's almost like they just through. I passed the NCLEX in 75 Q's and found Saunders NCLEX guide extremely helpful during prep/study.
