Q: I don't like your new formula, it is too soft. Where can I buy some of the old formula?

Unfortunately the old formula no longer exists. We are working to improve the current formula!

Q: Why is shipping so much? It weighs nothing.

Our flat rate shipping and handling cost is $9.95 to the continental US. We have to be able to track the item, pay for the shipping, the shipping materials and the person packing the order. You can order as many as you'd like and the shipping will still be $9.95.

Q: How does one use this product? do i have to remove it piece by piece? dry hair? damp hair?
