Great point-and-shoot underwater camera.
I wanted an easy-to-use camera to capture family vacation in the Bahamas, including snorkeling in the ocean and swimming in a water park. This camera performed surprisingly well taking descent photos in a variety of conditions over a week of intense use.Hardware:Self-contained waterproof camera rather than a traditional camera with a water proof case. Reasonable LCD although not the highest resolution. I was pleasantly surprised that digital images actually were crisper when viewing later on a phone or computer as opposed to on the camera screen.Ease of use:Take some time to get to know how to change modes from underwater to action shots before diving into the ocean. The menus are not easy to navigate on the fly if you are not prepared. Also the screen can be a bit hard to see underwater. Particularly while swimming, I took lots of photos and went back later to see how well I got the shot as opposed to looking at the image on the LCD.Photo quality:Attached a few photos of different lighting/photography conditions. For the most part, I was going for underwater photos. On sunny days, these water photos had good quality and the camera did well with autofocus. Lower light conditions in seaweed and rain gave rather muted murky photos. I had not expected to use the camera as much above water and was pleasantly surprised that this worked well in action mode for water slides and tubing. I did not take videos (save one of sharks) though there is the capability in the camera menus.Battery:Here is my one complaint! The battery that came with the camera has a small capacity 800 mAh. I used the small-capacity 800 mAh battery on the first day, and the camera seemed sluggish and slow to respond underwater. I had purchased a 1200 mAh battery with charger mostly to avoid having to charge the camera with a cable rather than charging the batteries (personal preference): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CMWHFMDX?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 . These large-capacity 1200 mAh batteries seemed to make all the difference being able to take a full day of photos and having a better camera response time. Either low or high capacity battery, don't expect this to respond quickly like a DSLR. The Kodak is much more like early days of point and shoot digital cameras in an underwater version.

Great camera
The media could not be loaded. Love this camera, it can even be connected to my phone for picture transfer. Very easy to use. Instructions also tell you what all the features are for and how and when to use them for better picture quality. Great pictures, very bright screen, very quick, waterproof, great camera, battery life could be better but I ordered and extra battery and charger. Make sure you close both latches for water proof, so make sure the red dot is showing mean that it is sealed.

If you’re looking for that early 2000s aesthetic, get this
I love love love this camera. I grew up with digital cameras in the early 2000s and I love seeing them come back in style. If you’re looking for a beginner friendly camera, this is it. The picture quality is amazing. It does take a little while to reload after taking a picture but that’s ok. It is small enough to fit in most purses for a night out. You definitely get more bang for your buck here.

Works well for the price point
I have had other under water cameras and this one met expectations. It is easy to hold and operate with one hand. The picture quality is not as good as a GoPro or a more expensive underwater camera but it takes decent photos and is better in low light situations than my previous camera. Great for family vacation memories but not award winning photos.

This Camera is nothing but a problem. Take a pass.
Do not buy this product. Nothing but a problem coming out of the box. Did not work as manual expected. WI-FI connection issues, Problems with the phone App, Problems with displaying the photos. User Interface is awful. User Manual is cumbersome and does not solve problems that camera exhibited. Customer Support is via posting and outsourced to TikTok. Not sure why this is on credible top 10 lists. Perhaps it takes nice photos if your camera works properly and you somehow manage to get it set-up. I think the main point of this camera for the manufacturer is to have you go to the manual website and be broadsided with advertisements and click bait.

Superb Quality…everything in a camera..
You open the box and realize one thing right off. You made the right choice. It get better from that. There is one thin, it is short range from 6 - 8 in to 50-100 yrd perfect. Fir it size to performance ratio I’d say 9 out of 10 in its class. For price to that performance 11 out of 10 in its class. Quick zoom speed sharp imagery. All around superbly designed for ease of function use and picture quality. It’s a perfect fit to my needs in remodeling. It will probably fit yours as well.

Get this camera instead of the trendy mediocre GoPro for swimming/kayaking) snorkeling
I ordered a GoPro but it got lost in transit. So I rethought the purchase & got this instead because trendy GoPros don't really hold up & the images sometimes annoy me.I have used this camera for a while now while swimming & snorkeling. I go into the parks & I have gotten some lovely wildlife photos. The photos are very nice for a portable inexpensive camera. I'm fussy because my dad was a professional photographer. The camera is easy to use. I attach it to my belt while snorkeling with a clip. And I put some floaties on it while swimming & floating on surface.Definitely recommend.
