is it true u can sipe and groove with this , how does that work ? flipping the blades ??

I saw a video on you tube and a guy just turned the blade over and you can sipe with it also

will siping an industrial tractor tread give more traction in muddy conditions?

I don't think so. I believe it's only for traction on ice or snowy roads
